We are seeking a commercially minded and relationship-driven Partnership Manager to take ownership of building, developing, and maintaining key partnerships. You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, securing valuable offers, and managing ongoing relationships to ensure maximum value for our 1.2 million members. This is both a strategic and hands-on role, working closely with colleagues across marketing and product and is ideal for someone who thrives on collaboration and delivering results in a fast-paced digital environment.
Key Responsibilities
- New partner onboarding: Using engagement and insight data to identify and secure new strategic partnership opportunities that elevate the Kids Pass brand.
- Manage existing partner relationships: Act as the primary point of contact for industry-leading brands with a focus on building strong, long-term partnerships that drive mutual value and grow sustainable income streams.
- Partner collaboration: Develop high impact offers, boosted promotions, and exclusive discounts that drive engagement and membership conversions.
- Establish efficient onboarding systems: Track offer performance and manage in life and post-programme engagement.
- Work cross-functionally: Collaborate with internal teams including Marketing, Content, Product, and Customer Support to ensure partner offers are effectively promoted and maintained.
- Product Positioning & Promotion: Work with marketing and product teams to tailor offerings to meet local market demands, leveraging the Kids Pass brand as a market leading discount card.
- Maintain accountability for contract agreements: Ensure performance delivery from all commercial partners including contract negotiation, commercial terms, communication, implementation, and compliance.
- Track and report on key performance indicators: Use data and industry insight to inform strategy and identify areas for growth.
- Stay informed on market trends: Leading competitor activity reviews and monitoring consumer behaviour to enhance partnership strategy.
Requirements and Skills
Minimum 5 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or commercial.
