Digital Rewards Group who own discount family days out platform Kids Pass, are looking for a driven and organised Account Manager to join our growing B2B team. This role combines client management and campaign delivery with new business and business development, working across B2B promotional marketing, rewards and loyalty campaigns plus Employee Benefits accounts. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, delivering digital reward and promotional campaigns, and supporting the growth of the business through proposals, pitches, and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and service a portfolio of B2B clients, including brand campaigns and Employee Benefits accounts
- Act as the main day-to-day point of contact for clients, building strong and lasting relationships
- Manage campaign budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within agreed costs
- Create and maintain timing plans to support smooth and efficient campaign delivery
- Brief internal design and digital development teams on campaign requirements and web builds
- Oversee the delivery of digital platforms, landing pages, and promotional assets
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of promotional marketing, loyalty, and reward campaigns
- Utilise in-house partners, offers, and products to deliver effective and engaging client solutions
- Ensure all campaigns meet client objectives and align with Kids Pass brand standards
New Business & Business Development:
- Support new business activity through proposal documents, pitch decks, and presentations
- Assist in pitching to prospective clients and contributing to new business meetings
- Confidently sell in-house products and solutions, tailoring them to client needs
- Source and research new contacts and leads to support business growth
- Work collaboratively with the wider commercial team to identify and convert new opportunities
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in account management, ideally within digital, promotional marketing, rewards, or loyalty sectors
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Experience managing budgets, timelines, and client expectations
- Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills
- Comfortable working on proposals, presentations, and client-facing materials
- Proactive, commercially aware, and motivated to grow client accounts and new business
Desirable:
- Experience working in promotional marketing or on Employee Benefits platforms
- Knowledge of digital platforms, web builds, and digital marketing campaigns
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in agency or in house marketing role
Salary: £30-32k (+ quarterly target based team sales bonus)
