About the Role & Company:
My partner is a fast-growing, highly experienced team providing digital experience enablement services. They have offices worldwide and always strive to exceed all expectations, and are recognised as industry leaders. Now, they are looking for someone for their London team who shares their enthusiasm for capturing, understanding, and utilising data. They provide core enablement services covering six key components within two service strands: Data Collection and Data Activations. Guiding their partners onto a digital maturity path to ensure they get the greatest value from their data set by removing any inefficiencies or uncertainties around accuracy.
The role:
- Ability to support clients across workstreams that span Data Collection AND Data Activation
- Ability to support the Head of Enablement Team and the client on their digital experience strategy and tool selection
- Ability to provide training support to your clients based on your advanced capabilities/experience with the core tools we use
- Regarded as a subject matter expert in at least one of the 6 core services outlined above
- Ability to spot new service opportunities and support pulling together an initial statement of work/cost estimates (with value return forecasts) for the client to consider
- Ability to support and lead aspects of a pitch process for new clients
- Ability to lead (with support) strategy sessions for the client on their digital experience strategy and tool selection
- Ability to lead/manage junior resources within the company, such as a technical specialist working closely with you on client delivery and/or a Junior Client Enablement Lead.
