b Overview /b p In this role you ensure safe, efficient operation of a data center by delivering technical support, conducting repairs, and supporting installations and changes. You are the first point of contact for technical issues, working with internal teams and external partners to minimize downtime. You will handle on-call incidents, document progress, and help improve procedures, contributing to reliable, mission-critical services.
