Your role
The Regional P2P Manager will play an integral role in support of sourcing and procuring services and goods for their Digital Realty subregion in close collaboration with multiple internal stakeholders across the corresponding countries (Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, Legal, and other functions) to manage and execute strategic sourcing, supplier management and other activities to deliver on goals & requirements with differentiated value, resilience and cost management. In this role you will manage a team across different geographies.

- Materials Procurement and Sourcing
- Purchase Order (PO) Management
- Delivery Management
- Supplier Consolidation
- Team Leadership and Subregional Management

What you’ll need
- Minimum finished bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in P2P, procurement or supply chain management, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role leading a P2P team.
- Extended experience in PO Management.
- Must have excellent verbal and written English skills, multiple languages a strong plus.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Able to adapt, multi-task, prioritize, take/give direction, and work independently and with timeline constraints.
- Enjoys challenges, is goal oriented, and can work with autonomy.
- Ability to navigate conflict with suppliers and company stakeholders.
