You will act as the bridge between operations and regional/global teams, ensuring incidents and problems are managed to SLA and KPIs such as response time and resolution are met.
You will deliver training, validate RCA/Lessons Learned, track mitigation actions, and support monthly reporting to strengthen regional reliability.
