The EMEA Design, Engineering and Construction (DE&C) Project Operations Manager plays a critical role in driving operational excellence and consistency across Digital Realty's global construction projects. This position partners closely with the EMEA DE&C Head of Project Controls to enhance project performance through risk management, digital enablement, process optimisation, and data-driven decision-making.
You will work across regions and functions to improve workflows, strengthen governance, and promote innovation, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, consistently, and in line with organisational standards.
What You'll Do
- Support development and implementation of global risk management frameworks
- Drive adoption of digital tools and automation across reporting and workflows
- Identify and implement process improvements to optimise project delivery
- Support standardisation of processes and governance across regions
- Develop centralised reporting and dashboards for project performance
- Enable data-driven insights to inform decision-making
- Support schedule governance frameworks and consistency across projects
