Digital Realty is seeking a Lead Engineer to direct the Operations Site Team, ensuring safe operation, maintenance and SLA adherence for the data center.
You will manage reactive and planned maintenance, coordinate with Vendors, and drive CMMS usage alongside incident handling.
You will act as main on-site contact, oversee safety, commissioning of works, and supervision of contractors, while maintaining performance metrics and close collaboration with client representatives and Site Engineers.
