The predicted salary is between 48000 - 72000 £ per year.
The successful candidate will join the EMEA Sales Analytics and Intelligence team and assist with all aspects of the Sales Compensation program. This role will comprise of intense tracking and validation of sales orders and payments, data entry and overall support to the EMEA Sales Organization from an incentive and compensation standpoint. The ideal candidate has a background in compensation and knowledge of the Incent Xactly tool.
This is a hybrid role requiring the successful candidate to be in the London office a minimum of 2 days per week, including Tuesdays.
What youll do
- Own the EMEA commission data including booking, crediting, and SPIFFs. This includes uploading the commission data, updating quota, OTI, and salary, and ensuring the accuracy of the commission data
- Work with the EMEA HR team to gather commission-related information, get approval from works councils, and ensure compliance with the global commission policy
- Handle commission queries from the EMEA sales team
- Training and onboarding for the EMEA sales team regarding commission matters
- Familiarity and ensuring compliance with the local laws within EMEA
- Distribute and collect EMEA Sales Compensation Plans
- Generate payroll files to the EMEA Country HR teams
- Support the Global Sales Compensation team on all aspects of the compensation cycle
- Analyze the performance and payout data to ensure the effectiveness of the program
What you\’ll need
- Minimum 3 years work experience, with at least 2 years of relevant professional experience in sales compensation, sales operations, or related data analyses Experience in a pan-European or Global operating environment (preferred)
- Knowledge of global sales compensation policies and programs and associated compliance issues
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce and Incent Xactly tool preferred
- Proven ability to organize and analyze large sets of data into insights
- Successfully implementing, measuring, and analyzing sales compensation
- Exceptional business analysis, data management, and analytic skills
Qualifications
- Educated to degree level
- MS Office proficiency with focus on Excel
- Fluent in Business-level English (written and orally) – other European languages an advantage
