The Lead Engineer directs daily the Operations Site Team and its associated activities and Vendors to ensure that the Data Center is operated and maintained safely, within SLA, and with minimal risk. As the main point of contact, the Lead Engineer undertakes the day-to-day management of all activities of the Technical Operations Site Team, ensuring that all reactive and planned maintenance is carried out effectively.
