What youll need

  • Proactive approach to health and safety management
  • Passion for digital tools, automation and simplification
  • Proven experience in the procurement, project management and implementation of H&S software and or H&S programmes
  • Experience working with H&S software, with current knowledge of applications, data analytics and systems
  • Competent in the application and use of AI to simplify and automate where appropriate

What you\’ll do

  • Analyse health and safety data such as keyperformance indicators (KPIs)to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Manage the reporting schedule for H&S KPIs regionally and globally
  • Responsible for production of consistent global and regional H&S performance reports
  • Manage and identify improvements to enhance current reporting processes
  • Develop tools and systems to support efficient KPI data reporting
  • Provide quality assurance on H&S data inputs such as incident reporting
  • Identify interventions to improve, working with local teams to coach and enhance data reporting
  • Manage and own incident reporting portal, identify enhancements and improve the mechanism of data outputs and presentation
  • Identify future projectswhich focus on digital automation, technological advancements and H&S system enhancements
  • Identify providers who will provide technological advancements and H&S system enhancements.
  • Support VP Global H&S in future procurement tenders and supplier selection to deliver enhancements to current tools and systems.
