The Subregional Head of Security is responsible for safeguarding Digital Realty’s assets, ensuring compliance, and maintaining operational continuity across the sub-region. The role leads security strategy execution, oversees physical security operations, and ensures alignment with global security standards through close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
What you'll do
- Lead and implement sub-regional security strategy aligned with global objectives
- Oversee physical security operations including access control, CCTV and site security
- Act as escalation point for security incidents and drive resolution and prevention
- Manage security vendors, contracts, SLAs and performance
- Lead, coach and develop security teams across multiple sites
- Own sub-regional security budget, resource planning and cost optimisation
- Ensure compliance with security policies, audits and certifications (SOC2, ISO, PCI)
- Conduct risk assessments and maintain risk registers
- Partner with internal stakeholders and external agencies including law enforcement
- Support customer audits, site visits and security-related reporting

- Significant experience in multi-site security management
- Degree qualified and/or ASIS CPP (or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of security risk management and best practices
- Experience managing third-party security providers
- Strong financial and operational acumen
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
