The Health & Safety Team Coordinator will play an important role, supporting the Global VP of Health and Safety and their leadership team, by providing organisational, administrative and coordination support. This role helps ensure the team operates efficiently, enabling us to focus on delivering our H&S strategy that supports keeping Team Digital safe.

Working collaboratively across the business, you’ll provide organisational support for H&S leadership team meetings, help drive consistency by creating annual reporting and communication calendars, to enable a more proactive approach to the collation and preparation of team and organisational reporting requirements. You’ll manage financial activities, raising purchase orders, goods receipting and invoice processing. Manage the team SharePoint site, maintain version control and keep the Safe@Digital Website updated with new content and organising team workshops. You’ll be someone who enjoys bringing structure, being empowered, staying organised, and keeping multiple priorities on track.

You don’t need a background in Health & Safety. Success in this role comes from being proactive, highly organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting others. By helping the team work effectively, you’ll play an important part in our commitment to Safely Powering Progress and creating an environment where everyone can go home safe every day.

What you'll need:

  • Excellent planning and organisation skills
  • Excellent communications skills (oral and written): open, direct, honest and able to manage different stakeholders
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Analytical - Strong accuracy, eye for detail and be able to develop internal reports using PowerPoint and Power BI
  • Excellent MS Teams knowledge especially CoPilot, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Excel; familiarity with AI tools, Power BI and Monday.com would be an advantage
  • Excellent organisational and motivational skills

Responsibilities:

  • Organisational support to the wider H&S Leadership team including meeting organisation, workshops, keeping up to date on team diaries and travel
  • Invoice and supplier coordination, including purchase orders, goods received and general administrative duties
  • Updating and maintaining internal pages including Safe@Digital, working closely with other departments on news and initiatives
  • Reporting responsibilities including pulling reports, putting together presentations and ensuring packs are ready for stakeholders
  • General administrative and team duties including diary management, events and other ad hoc activities
