Your role

  • Support teams and provide guidance on maintenance compliance.
  • Track and monitor maintenance compliance and report back to line manager.
  • Identify areas of improvement and escalate accordingly.
  • Assist the Senior manager – EMEA Change and Maintenance Management in defining and implementing the Change and Maintenance Management policies, process, and procedure, working with sites to ensure adoption, improving, and optimising where appropriate, and owning specific objectives as required.
  • Oversee Change and Maintenance compliance including following up with country and site teams.
  • Assist with developing and promoting Change and Maintenance management community.
  • Assist with the development and promotion of Change and Maintenance management training materials.
  • Provide a link to other communities as required – Change Management/ DE&C / Customer transition etc.
  • Provide data and advice to assist with the continual improvement.
  • Provide support to the Technical Teams as required.
  • Support the Change Management team reviews and promotion of Change Management best practices.
  • Provide backup and support to Senior manager – EMEA Change and Maintenance Management when required.
  • Be part of the EMEA Change approval Board process.
  • Support in the development scope of works and maintenance best practices.
  • Visit sites as required.
  • Promote global consistency in both change and maintenance management.

What you’ll need

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in managing data systems and critical facilities best practice knowledge.
  • Knowledge of building systems, automation, and infrastructure.
  • Ability to identify and assess issues.
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to respond effectively, verbally or in writing to sensitive issues, complex inquiries, or complaints.
  • Meticulous with strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook and familiarity with Microsoft Project and Adobe Acrobat.
