Role Overview:
The Digital Surveyor (DS) role involves capturing highly accurate spatial data of properties using industry-leading hardware and proprietary software. In addition to fieldwork, the role includes processing survey data and producing detailed Stak Verified measured survey floorplans. This is an attitude-first role. You don’t need prior surveying experience—we will train you fully in our London office. What matters most is your eagerness to learn, work ethic, curiosity, collaboration, and professionalism. If you are proactive, reliable, adaptable, and willing to travel for projects, we want to hear from you.
The position requires travel within London, across the UK, and potentially internationally. The Digital Surveyor represents the company’s brand, engages professionally with clients, and leverages cutting-edge technology to deliver high-quality digital assets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Capture accurate spatial data of properties using Leica laser scanning equipment, including BLK2GO, BLK360, and RTC.
- Work independently on site to carry out detailed surveys, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and efficiency.
- Process and register raw survey data into usable digital formats using industry-standard software.
- Travel regularly within London, across the UK, and potentially internationally, sometimes for extended periods.
- Communicate effectively with clients and project teams, maintaining a professional and presentable appearance at all times.
- Represent the company brand positively during site visits and client-facing interactions.
- Maintain survey equipment and ensure all tools are used and stored correctly and safely.
- Stay current with technological developments in digital surveying and contribute to improvements in survey workflows.
