About Us

Digital Reality Corp (DRC) is a technology-first digital building measurement and spatial intelligence business, combining specialist surveying expertise with proprietary software, advanced 3D capture technology, computer vision and machine learning.

At the foundation of our business is the accurate capture and measurement of the built environment.

Through Stak, our teams digitally survey buildings at scale and transform real-world spaces into trusted, verified digital information.

Our core services include 3D laser scanning and point-cloud capture, verified building and area measurement reports, floor plans, scan-to-CAD, scan-to-BIM/Revit, 360° imagery and digital building records.

These outputs support property owners, operators and professionals across real estate, construction, facilities management and asset management.

What differentiates DRC is the technology and intelligence we build around this core surveying capability.

Our proprietary platforms, automated processing workflows, computer vision and machine-learning technology enable us to capture, process and structure building information consistently at scale, improving speed, quality and the value that can be extracted from spatial data.

Through Spatial-IQ, we extend this capability beyond individual building deliverables, helping large property owners and operators create, manage and utilise structured spatial data across entire portfolios.

Spatial-IQ brings together verified building information, spatial context and portfolio-level intelligence, enabling organisations to better understand, analyse and manage their physical estates.

We have digitised more than 180,000 buildings and over 390 million sq ft of real estate.

Our global network of certified Digital Surveyors, supported by proprietary AI-driven workflows and centralised production capabilities, enables us to deliver consistent, scalable and insurance-backed outcomes across multiple markets.

At DRC, our core surveying expertise provides the trusted data foundation, while our technology, automation and spatial intelligence capabilities turn that information into connected, actionable insight for the built world.

Role Overview

We are seeking a

Senior Partner Development Manager to help build and develop DRC's global ecosystem of high-quality surveying and Li DAR capture partners.

This is a commercially focused, relationship-led role rather than a conventional direct-sales position.

Working closely with our CEO initially, you will identify the right partner organisations, build trusted relationships with business owners and senior executives, understand where mutual commercial value exists, and progress prospective partners from an initial conversation through to commercially and operationally enabled relationships.

Our partner model creates value in both directions.

Partners extend DRC's geographic capture capability on DRC-led projects, while DRC can provide partners with scalable backend production, specialist deliverables and technology that they can use to expand the services and value they provide to their own clients.

Alongside developing senior external relationships, you will help build the commercial infrastructure required to scale the programme, including partner pricing and rate cards, agreements, Statements of Work, qualification and compliance processes, partner records and repeatable programme frameworks.

This is a genuine build opportunity. We are looking for someone who is comfortable creating the playbook, not simply operating within an established partner programme.

The role has a global scope and can be based anywhere in the UK.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop relationships with high-quality property-focused surveying and Li DAR capture businesses across DRC's priority international markets.
  • Build trusted relationships with owners, Managing Directors and other senior decision-makers within prospective partner organisations.
  • Proactively create new relationships through direct engagement, industry networks, referrals and existing DRC relationships.
  • Understand each prospective partner's business model, customers, capabilities, ambitions and challenges, and identify where a DRC partnership can create genuine mutual commercial value.
  • Clearly communicate DRC's partner proposition, technology, production capabilities and Spatial-IQ opportunities without positioning the relationship as a conventional supplier arrangement.
  • Own prospective partner relationships from initial contact through qualification, commercial alignment, agreement and transition into operational enablement.
  • Build and maintain a structured global partner pipeline with clear priorities, status, next actions and ownership.
  • Maintain momentum through complex, multi-stage partner discussions while developing relationships in a professional, credible and non-transactional way.
  • Develop and maintain regional and partner-level pricing frameworks and rate cards for both DRC-led and partner-led work.
  • Work with the CEO, Finance and Operations to establish pricing principles, margin expectations, regional assumptions and appropriate approval thresholds.
  • Own implementation and ongoing management of standard partner agreements, Statements of Work and supporting commercial documentation.
  • Coordinate appropriate due diligence, insurance, confidentiality, data-handling and compliance requirements for active partners.
  • Maintain accurate partner records covering capabilities, geographic coverage, capacity, equipment, pricing, agreements, compliance and enablement status.
  • Identify opportunities for DRC to provide partners with backend production capacity, specialist deliverables and technology, as well as opportunities for partners to introduce DRC services such as Spatial-IQ to their own clients.
  • Gather structured partner feedback and help refine DRC's partner proposition, segmentation, messaging and programme design.
  • Build repeatable processes, templates and playbooks that enable the partner ecosystem to scale and progressively reduce reliance on direct CEO involvement.
  • Work closely with Partner Operations, Operations, Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance and Legal to ensure partner commitments are commercially and operationally viable.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of relevant experience in partnerships, business development, strategic accounts, channel development or a closely related B2B role.
  • Demonstrable experience developing trusted senior relationships with business owners, Managing Directors or executive stakeholders.
  • Evidence of personally building or materially evolving a partner ecosystem, channel programme, market-development initiative or similar commercial programme.
  • Strong international experience working across multiple markets and cultures.
  • Strong commercial judgement and an ability to understand how another business makes money and identify genuine mutual value.
  • Experience developing relationships from cold or early-stage introductions through multi-stage commercial engagement.
  • Strong discovery and questioning skills, with the ability to understand a prospective partner's business before proposing a solution.
  • Experience owning or contributing directly to commercial and programme infrastructure such as pricing and rate cards, agreements, Statements of Work, onboarding, governance or partner-management systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to represent DRC credibly with senior international stakeholders.
  • Strong organisation, ownership and follow-through, with the ability to manage both senior relationships and detailed programme administration.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment where processes and propositions are still being developed.
  • Experience within geospatial technology, Li DAR/reality capture, surveying technology, measured building surveying, construction technology, Prop Tech, AEC technology or enterprise technology serving surveying or engineering markets would be highly advantageous.
  • Experience within geospatial technology, Li DAR/reality capture, surveying technology, or related technology ecosystems would be highly relevant.

Experience with Leica Geosystems or similar geospatial technology environments would be advantageous but is not essential.

Key Competencies

  • Senior relationship development & trust building
  • Global partner ecosystem development
  • Executive stakeholder engagement
  • Commercial judgement & mutual value creation
  • Partner pricing, agreements & commercial frameworks
  • Programme building & process development
  • International business development
  • Discovery, influence & value articulation
  • Organisation, ownership & follow-through
  • Entrepreneurial thinking & adaptability
  • Cross-functional collaboration
