We are Digital Prosthetics, one of the fastest-growing digital dental laboratories in the UK. Using the latest in CAD/CAM, we provide exceptional laboratory services to over 400 dental practices across the country.
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Process Worker to join our quickly growing team. You will play a crucial role in maintaining efficient processes and supporting the overall functionality of the organisation.
Responsibilities:- Assess models, read and review prescriptions.
- Open, download and evaluate cases upon arrival from multiple digital portals.
- Communicate with dental practices regarding patient appointment dates.
- Enter prescriptions into our computer system.
- Ensure that cases are completed by the due date requested.
- Communicate and follow up with team members to ensure cases are on track.
- Send orders to milling machines or 3D printers for production.
- Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks as and when required.
- Proven experience in a dental laboratory environment is preferred but not essential.
- Proficiency in computerised systems.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for effective communication with colleagues and customers alike.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities within a dynamic work environment.
