As a Product Manager, you will work closely with a multidisciplinary Product Team and colleagues across Wellcome Collection to ensure digital products meet or exceed user expectations and engage diverse audiences, fostering a sense of belonging.

What will I be doing?

You will help the team understand the problems they are solving, why users would use the product, and why Wellcome wants to build it. You will collaborate with designers, developers, data analysts, content creators, and stakeholders to build feasible and valuable digital products. Specifically, you will:

  • Define and champion the product vision and its integration into the overall architecture, effectively communicating its aims internally and externally;
  • Manage your product daily, aligning it with departmental strategy and the product roadmap;
  • Build and prioritize the product backlog based on effort, research, analysis, testing, and needs;
  • Ensure the team understands the problems and helps devise desirable and feasible solutions.
