Restore is currently recruiting for an Archive and Records Team Manager to provide a professional archiving service related to records and images contained within Nucleus, and to meet public records requirements on behalf of all stakeholders. This role supports the achievement of Restore Digital's objectives in Quality, Occupational Health & Safety, Information Security, and Environmental Management.
Responsibilities
- Manage the Archive and Records administration team
- Provide training and development as required
- Perform HR duties including return-to-work interviews and approving annual leave
- Ensure the Archive help desk is adequately staffed and requests, accessions, retrievals, and destructions are fulfilled within expected timeframes
- Allocate tasks to the team to meet objectives; conduct performance reviews during the annual appraisal process
- Maintain high safety and security standards
- Ensure compliance with Information Security policies, including Nucleus and NDA policies
- Liaise with NDA, stakeholders, and the public via email, telephone, or letter
- Oversee document destruction and shredding processes
- Input data into the Archive Management System
- Operate essential equipment such as scanners responsibly and competently
