Following the deployment of Salesforce last year, we are ready to implement a new CRM strategy. You will be responsible for working with our internal development team to help roll out a new CRM platform that facilitates our plans (Marketing Cloud, Pardot).
You will be experienced in creating automated flows and optimising campaign performance through continual A/B testing and measurement. You will be adept at managing budgets as well as being confident in presenting performance data to our SMT and helping to formulate new strategy.
You will be responsible for managing external design and HTML developer partners. You will also be expected to recruit and manage an internal team that will keep pace with the growing needs of the business.
