This is a unique digital media performance opportunity to work for a fantastic independent digital media agency. You will have worked within PPC and/or SEO supporting a range of SME clients to improve their online presence and overall commercial results. This role offers the chance for a single channel specialist to learn about additional platforms and branch out. If you work within SEO then you will need to be technically knowledgeable in addition to working across keyword research, on-page optimisation and off-page strategies. Candidates from UX, Data or CRM background are welcome to apply if you would like to learn more about paid channels.
As the Performance Marketing specialist you will help clients grow their brands by supporting the strategy, implementation and analysis across all key channels (organic, paid, social) and platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
Main responsibilities include:
- Develop, implement, and refine performance marketing strategies tailored to each client's goals.
- Paid campaign setup, copy optimisation & analysis across all key platforms: Google, Bing, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok and any other relevant.
- Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, drive website traffic, and achieve measurable results (using Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEOMoz, Screaming Frog).
- Perform comprehensive keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for content optimisation and site performance enhancement.
- Audience insight, segmentation targeting to maximise performance.
- Management of paid media budgets, optimising for performance and ROI.
- Collaborate with clients to set realistic KPIs and ensure alignment with their broader business goals.
- Conduct on-page and off-page SEO audits and implement best practices to ensure technical, internal link and content optimisation.
- Create and update meta tags, titles, and descriptions to improve search engine visibility and click-through rates.
- Develop and manage link-building strategies, including outreach to authoritative websites for quality backlinks.
- Deliver strategic performance insights to drive action in platform and via Google Analytics/Looker Studio.
