As the Paid Social Team Manager, you will establish and shape Super Group’s paid social strategy.

What you’ll be doing

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive paid social strategy aligned with overall digital marketing goals.
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high‑performing paid social team, defining roles, responsibilities, and processes.
  • Create, launch, and oversee the execution of paid social advertising campaigns across multiple platforms (Meta, TikTok, X, Snapchat).
  • Own end‑to‑end campaign management including audience targeting, creative briefing, bidding strategy, budget pacing, and optimisation.
  • Drive a full‑funnel paid social approach spanning awareness, consideration, acquisition, and retention, ensuring each stage is measured and optimised for its role in the customer journey.
  • Operate effectively across both web and app ecosystems, owning paid social strategy for web acquisition as well as app install, app engagement, and re‑engagement campaigns.
  • Continuously improve operational efficiencies – automating workflows, refining campaign structures, and reducing waste to drive better outcomes at scale.
  • Establish platform‑specific paid strategies, leveraging each network's ad formats, algorithms, and targeting capabilities to maximise performance.
  • Develop testing frameworks (creative, audience, bid, placement) to continuously improve campaign efficiency and scale.
  • Establish KPIs, analytics frameworks, attribution models, and reporting processes to measure paid social performance and ROI.
  • Manage paid social budgets across markets and brands, ensuring optimal allocation, pacing, and return on ad spend.
  • Build strong relationships with platform partners (Meta, TikTok, Google, etc.) to access betas, insights, and best‑practice support.
  • Act as the paid social subject‑matter expert in cross‑departmental projects and initiatives.

Essential skills you’ll bring to the table

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • At least 8 years’ experience in paid social/performance marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling paid social teams and programs from the ground up.
  • Deep understanding of major paid social platforms (Meta, TikTok, X, Snapchat), their auction dynamics, algorithms, and advertising capabilities.
  • Hands‑on expertise with campaign management, audience strategy, bid optimisation, and creative testing at scale.
  • Proven experience running full‑funnel paid social programs across both web and app environments.
  • Hands‑on experience with Conversions API (CAPI) implementation and server‑side tracking, as well as Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs) such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Singular.
  • Experience managing significant paid media budgets across multiple markets and brands.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build processes, playbooks, and strategies from scratch.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in hiring, developing, and retaining performance marketing talent.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to brief and shape high‑performing paid social creative.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • In‑depth knowledge of sports betting markets, including odds calculation, betting types and market trends.
  • Previous experience in the online gaming or casino industry, with a strong understanding of player behaviour and industry regulations.
