The Role:
Are you a relationship-driven Account Manager who thrives in the fast-paced world of Managed IT Services?
We’re seeking multiple proactive, commercially minded Account Managers to join our team. You’ll manage client relationships, identify growth opportunities, and assist UK businesses in navigating cloud, connectivity, mobile, telephony, cybersecurity, and digital transformation confidently.
Main Duties:
- Building and maintaining client relationships
- Managing a portfolio of SMB/SME clients across IT infrastructure, cloud, connectivity, and security
- Driving client retention and identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities
- Acting as a trusted advisor—bridging commercial and technical conversations
- Collaborating with technical teams to ensure delivery aligns with business outcomes
- Creating account plans and forecasting revenue growth
Skills & Qualifications:
- Good technical awareness
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proven ability to build trust with clients and win business
