Role Description

The Paid Media Executive is a full-time role responsible for planning, executing, and optimising paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, META & other paid channels.

Based in Bradley Stoke, this is a hybrid position, combining on-site collaboration with flexible work-from-home arrangements.

Day-to-day responsibilities include managing campaign setup, monitoring performance, adjusting bids and budgets, and optimising targeting and creatives to meet client objectives.

The role also involves preparing reports, analysing data, communicating insights to internal stakeholders and clients, and staying up to date with platform updates and industry trends.

The Paid Media Executive will collaborate with account managers, creative teams, and other digital specialists to ensure campaigns are aligned with overall marketing strategies and deliver strong ROI.

Qualifications

  • Strong media planning skills, including experience in structuring paid search, paid social, and display campaigns to meet performance goals.
  • Effective communication abilities, with capacity to present results, explain strategies, and build relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Extensive knowledge of Google Ads, including campaign optimisations, audience targeting, ad formats, and performance measurement.
