Role Description

This is a full-time, preferred on-site role but we offer hybrid working also for a Paid Social Manager based in the Manchester area, United Kingdom. The Paid Social Manager will oversee the creation, execution, and optimization of paid social media campaigns, ensuring alignment with client objectives. Daily responsibilities include analyzing campaign performance, managing ad budgets, adjusting targeting strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and staying up to date with trends in social media platforms to maximize campaign effectiveness. Additionally, the role involves creating detailed reports and presenting insights to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in paid social campaign management, including experience with platforms like Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Instagram Ads.
• Analytical skills to monitor, assess, and optimize campaign performance metrics and ROI.
• Strong understanding of audience targeting, ad creatives, and A/B testing.
• Familiarity with digital marketing techniques and tools, such as Google Analytics and marketing automation platforms.
• Experience in creating and presenting detailed performance reports to stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team in an on-site environment in Manchester.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
