Digital Natives is a Social First Creative agency based in east London. Our agile and rapidly growing team of creatives, strategists, designers, editors and account managers works together to create impactful content for our list of global brands across FMCG, beauty and consumer technology.

Role Description The Social Media and Influencer Manager is a contract role based in Greater London with a hybrid work arrangement, combining in-office collaboration and some work from home. This role manages day-to-day social media activities, including content planning, scheduling, publishing, and community management across key platforms. The manager will identify, recruit, and maintain relationships with influencers, coordinate campaign deliverables, and track performance against defined KPIs. Responsibilities include developing and refining social media and influencer strategies, optimizing content for reach and engagement, monitoring trends, and preparing reports and insights for internal teams and clients. The role also involves close collaboration with creative, strategy, and account teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and timely delivery of campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimisation (SMO) skills, with experience managing brand channels and influencer campaigns.
  • Excellent Communication and Writing skills, including the ability to craft clear, engaging, and on-brand messages for diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in Content Strategy, with the ability to plan calendars, align content with campaign objectives, and adapt to platform best practices.
  • Experience using social media analytics and influencer management tools to measure performance, optimize campaigns, and report results.
  • Background in marketing, communications, or a related field; agency or brand-side social media experience is highly beneficial.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment in Greater London, manage multiple projects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of current social trends, influencer landscape, and platform-specific features (e.g., Reels, Stories, short-form video) is a plus.
