We’re looking for a social-first Associate Creative Director or senior ready to step up to join Digital Natives on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role leads the day-to-day of our organic social retainers overseeing teams, shaping social thinking and keeping the creative bar high across multiple clients. You’ll work closely with an Associate Strategy Director and Creative Director to organise and elevate social output, input into creative and strategic vision and support on pitches where social-first thinking is key. This is a hands-on, organic social role not campaign-only.
You’ll be right for this if you:
- Are ACD-level or Senior Creative ready to step up
- Have deep experience in organic social, not just paid or ATL
- Have worked full-time in an agency environment
- Have experience managing and overseeing junior-mid level creatives
- Come from a social-native or culturally led agency
- Have strong platform literacy across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.
- Are comfortable bringing structure without killing creative ambition
- Experience or exposure with AI-assisted production.
You’ll be managed by our Creative Director and play a key role in maintaining momentum and creative quality across our global retainers.
