Digital Media Team is a dynamic and fast-growing marketing agency, quickly becoming the partner of choice for global brands. We work with some of the most exciting eCommerce brands in the UK, industries from fashion and furniture to food and footwear. We are seeking an ambitious and proactive Senior Email Marketing Executive to operate and grow our email marketing department. You will work with some of the world's biggest brands across various sectors, becoming an integral part of our growing agency.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the Klaviyo email marketing system, ensuring best practices and high performance across all campaigns.
- Develop and implement email marketing strategies for a variety of clients, collaborating across multiple departments to achieve effective results.
- Monitor and analyse key performance metrics, optimising campaigns to ensure the best possible outcomes.
- Lead the strategy team in building distribution campaigns that align seamlessly with the wider content strategy.
- Stay ahead of industry developments, proactively identifying opportunities for the agency and clients.
- Translate insights, analytics, and data into client-friendly monthly campaign reports in collaboration with internal teams.
Requirements:
- Experience in email marketing and CRM platforms, ideally Klaviyo.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
- A proactive and creative mindset, with the ability to identify new opportunities and drive improvements.
Additional pay: Bonus scheme, Commission pay
Working hours: Monday to Friday (4pm finish Friday)
Hybrid: 3x days in office, 2x from home
Education: Bachelor's (preferred)
