THE ROLE

DMS is looking for a Senior HR Advisor to join us in a hands-on operational role. The role will support the HR Director to deliver the People Plan and support the team in a varied role that will encompass everything from payroll processing, organisational design, health and wellbeing initiatives, reviewing/updating/writing policies and procedures, employee engagement and onboarding. You will be key to delivering front line support and ensuring that a top level of service is always delivered. The role will be ‘hands on’ where a number of administrative duties that come with running an efficient and compliant HR service will form a core part of the role. You will manage the day to day HR function as well as deliver projects and initiatives in line with the People Plan. This is an on-site position based in London Bridge.

Qualifications:

  • An experienced, strong HR generalist with at least 2 years in an HR Advisor role
  • An intermediate to strong understanding of UK Employment Law
  • Experience of running Employee Relations cases
  • A high level of proficiency in Excel and Word
  • A confident and able communicator, from junior to C-Suite
  • A solid understanding of HRIS
  • An enjoyment of a high paced, multi-tasking working environment
  • Ideally with a background working in Media/Entertainment
