THE ROLE
Reporting to the Head of the Creative Studio, the role of the producer is key in the department. We are looking for a forward‑thinking, organised and creative person to help drive projects from brief to final delivery across film, television and theatre campaigns. You will have a history of producing high quality creative content paired with the ability to multitask confidently and bridge the gap between project management, creative decision making, driving new revenue and managing client relations.
In this role you will:
- Interpret client requirements and lead the team to develop and execute the look and feel of our clients’ content, working alongside the creative director.
- Oversee the development of our client’s work from pre‑production into post, working collaboratively with our team.
- Provide articulate and concise peer‑to‑peer feedback for all deliverables to enhance creative output throughout the project lifecycle.
- Participate in client pitches.
- Lead projects and own the communication with clients from start to finish, providing regular updates and building strong, lasting relationships.
- Confidently drive multiple projects simultaneously within quick turnarounds and against budget.
- Work with the production coordinator to ensure smooth running of projects and capacity planning.
- Troubleshoot problems as they arise and offer solutions to improve processes.
- Produce quotes and monitor resources dedicated to each project.
Experience working in Ceta – a plus. Five years minimum experience in production, at a production company or in a creative agency. Experience working on multiple projects at once. Understanding that production does not always adhere to traditional working hours. Experience working with clients from an array of different backgrounds is a plus, i.e. sports, film, theatre, television.
