We are seeking a full-time media monitor as part of our growing media intelligence team. The position will involve working across our print, broadcast, podcast & online teams to collate media coverage to report to our clients.

THE ROLE

  • Read and scan print press online articles according to client briefs
  • Monitor TV, radio & podcast for relevant coverage
  • Identify media to be captured and stored accordingly
  • Management of internal database, updating client campaigns and search terms
  • Create reports for clients to defined deadlines
  • Provide internal reporting for client services team
  • Be fully cross‑trained in other areas of the media intelligence team, assisting when required
  • Rotating weekend shifts

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Good spoken and written English
  • Ability to provide first‑class customer service in a fast‑paced and deadline‑driven environment
  • Self‑motivated, enjoy working independently, collaboratively and proactively
  • Willingness to embrace flexibility in responding to operational demands
  • Good understanding of basic computer software and hardware
  • Aptitude and determination to gain new skills and apply them quickly
  • Good time management skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • An interest and good knowledge of the film and music industries would be advantageous
  • An interest in broadcast, podcast and press media industries would be advantageous
