We are seeking a full-time media monitor as part of our growing media intelligence team. The position will involve working across our print, broadcast, podcast & online teams to collate media coverage to report to our clients.
THE ROLE
- Read and scan print press online articles according to client briefs
- Monitor TV, radio & podcast for relevant coverage
- Identify media to be captured and stored accordingly
- Management of internal database, updating client campaigns and search terms
- Create reports for clients to defined deadlines
- Provide internal reporting for client services team
- Be fully cross‑trained in other areas of the media intelligence team, assisting when required
- Rotating weekend shifts
QUALIFICATIONS
- Good spoken and written English
- Ability to provide first‑class customer service in a fast‑paced and deadline‑driven environment
- Self‑motivated, enjoy working independently, collaboratively and proactively
- Willingness to embrace flexibility in responding to operational demands
- Good understanding of basic computer software and hardware
- Aptitude and determination to gain new skills and apply them quickly
- Good time management skills
- Good attention to detail
- An interest and good knowledge of the film and music industries would be advantageous
- An interest in broadcast, podcast and press media industries would be advantageous
