About TALES House London

TALES House London is a curated, multi-brand experiential retail space by Bellafricana, located on Oxford Street. The space brings together a rotating selection of African and diaspora brands across fashion, beauty, lifestyle, and creative industries. More than a traditional retail store, TALES House is designed as a storytelling and discovery space where customers engage with products, people, culture, and experiences in an immersive and memorable way. The space combines retail, community, and culture to create a unique customer experience both in-store and beyond. The space operates 7 days a week (approx. 10 am – 8 pm) with a small, close-knit team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and engage customers, creating a warm, memorable, and culturally rich in-store experience
  • Support in-store activations, campaigns, pop-ups, and experiential events
  • Maintain the cleanliness, organisation, and overall visual presentation of the store at all times
  • Support visual merchandising activities, including product displays, arrangement, and presentation standards
  • Assist with merchandising, stock handling, tagging, replenishment, and inventory organisation
  • Ensure product displays remain visually appealing, customer-friendly, and aligned with the TALES House brand experience
  • Support day-to-day retail operations, including opening and closing procedures where required
  • Work collaboratively with the management team to ensure smooth store operations and exceptional customer experience
  • Represent TALES House London professionally and positively at all times
