The successful candidate will advise prospective EU & Home students about their study options, focusing on converting these prospects into students while also providing excellent student support. This position requires someone highly motivated and driven to achieve conversion targets. To be effective in this role, you must be sales-oriented. The ideal candidate would have previous experience in a sales position and fantastic communication skills.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Actively contact prospective students to advise them in their study choices, focusing on converting them into students.
- Maintain detailed records of every interaction with prospective students using our CRM system while promoting its use inside Marketing.
- Show the highest level of service when dealing with prospective and current students by consistently exceeding team and individual targets and KPIs.
- Monitor the inquiries email and WhatsApp and respond to inquiries in a prompt manner.
- Handle Facebook, TikTok and other online leads and provide necessary guidance for University admission.
- Have a full understanding of the courses offered by partner institutions, their method of delivery, and government funding opportunities.
- Help with university and college applications and UCAS applications, in addition to guidelines for funding applications.
- Provide English test and Interview preparation and guidance to applicants.
- Keep updated about the education sector news and help keep the Marketing team updated by sharing these in our internal communication.
- Report directly to the branch manager and provide valuable feedback that will be used to help drive decision-making in future marketing strategies.
- Work outside of normal working hours to support the Marketing team internally and externally.
- Provide support to the Marketing department with eventual ad hoc tasks.
Required experience and qualifications:
- 3 Years of experience in the EU and Home student recruitment process.
- Full Knowledge of the SFE process for EU and Home students.
- Understanding the commercial challenges of converting prospects into students.
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office programs and CRM systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to understand the individual needs of prospective students.
- Excellent organisational skills, time management, and attention to detail.
