The Role
We are seeking a motivated and target-driven Student Recruitment Advisor to join our growing team at our Milton Keynes campus.
You will be responsible for attracting and advising prospective students, supporting them through the admissions journey, and promoting our programmes. This role plays a key part in driving student enrolment growth and strengthening our brand presence locally and nationally.
Responsibilities
- Promote our programmes and support students through the full admissions process
- Provide clear guidance on entry requirements, course structures, and funding options
- Attend recruitment events, community engagement activities, and open days
- Build relationships with schools, colleges, community organisations, and recruitment partners
- Work towards agreed enrolment targets and conversion KPIs
- Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure compliance with internal admissions policies
- Support social media and marketing campaigns to generate leads
- Deliver an excellent applicant experience from enquiry to enrolment
About You
- Experience in student recruitment, admissions, sales, or education consultancy (preferred)
- Strong understanding of the UK higher education system (foundation, undergraduate pathways, etc.)
- Knowledge of Student Finance England processes is desirable
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Target-driven, proactive, and highly organised
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a small, ambitious team
- Right to work in the UK
- Additional language skills are advantageous
