The Role
- Develop and deliver integrated marketing and communications plans that support member acquisition, retention, engagement, fundraising and commercial growth.
- Work closely with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams to help shape organisational messaging, improve customer journeys and ensure communications remain consistent, effective and aligned across multiple channels.

About You
You'll be an experienced marketing and communications professional with strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence at all levels of an organisation. You'll likely come from a membership organisation, charity, professional body, trade association, advocacy group, campaigning organisation or similarly purpose‑led environment. You’ll bring:
- 5+ years' experience in marketing and communications.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
- Strong campaign planning and delivery experience.
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
- Knowledge of CRM systems, customer journeys and marketing automation.
- Strong reporting and analytical skills.
- Confidence presenting ideas and influencing senior stakeholders.
