This role is focussed on research, planning, and building of campaigns as opposed to executing. Looking for someone who has sound knowledge of market conditions, what is working and what isn't, building campaigns and planning for the team to execute. These will be for multi-million pound campaigns, therefore offering a huge opportunity for someone.
Digital Lemon Talent are supporting an exciting, fast-growing business in their search for a PPC Manager to join a high-performance team operating in a highly competitive digital environment. This is not a “set and forget” PPC role. We’re looking for someone analytical, commercially minded, and naturally curious — someone who enjoys getting into the detail of paid search performance, understanding why campaigns behave the way they do, and contributing ideas that genuinely move the needle.
You will be supporting ongoing optimisation across high-volume campaigns, reviewing performance daily, and working closely with leadership on campaign strategy, opportunities, and recommendations.
What we’re looking for:
- Strong Search campaign knowledge
- Understanding of keywords, search terms & negative keywords
- Experience reviewing campaign performance & identifying opportunities
- Analytical mindset with strong commercial awareness
- Comfortable explaining recommendations and insights
- Curious around AI tools and modern workflows
Bonus points for experience within lead generation, legal, financial services or highly competitive paid media environments.
