We're looking for a Marketing Account Executive to join a growing B2B marketing agency, supporting the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns, events, and client programmes. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1-2 years' experience in marketing, account management, client services, or events who is looking to develop their career in a fast-paced agency environment.
Key Responsibilities- Client Management
- Act as a day-to-day contact for client communications and campaign coordination.
- Attend client meetings, provide project updates, gather feedback, and identify new opportunities.
- Support the preparation of campaign reports, performance updates, and presentations.
- Build a strong understanding of client businesses, industries, and objectives.
- Campaign & Project Delivery
- Support the planning and execution of B2B marketing and business development campaigns.
- Coordinate internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.
- Monitor campaign progress and assist with project management activities.
- Research industry trends and competitor activity to inform campaign recommendations.
- Event Management
- Coordinate and manage event logistics from planning through to delivery.
- Source venues, manage suppliers, and support speaker coordination.
- Brief creative teams on event-related assets and landing pages.
- Attend events and provide on-site support as required, including occasional international travel.
- New Business Support
- Assist with proposals, presentations, and pitch preparation.
- Support account growth initiatives through research and administrative coordination.
- 1–2 years' experience in a marketing, client services, account executive, or events role.
- Exposure to B2B marketing campaigns and lead generation activities.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable building relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance metrics.
- Proactive, solutions-focused, and highly organised.
- Experience using Monday.com or similar project management tools.
- Experience using CRM platforms.
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
