A fast-growing B2B marketing agency working with some of the world’s most innovative enterprise tech brands - including Adobe, Google, AWS, SAP, and Salesforce. They design and activate high-impact marketing and event campaigns that drive real results.

London, UK (Hybrid – 3 days office / 2 days home)

We're looking for a Marketing Account Executive to join a growing B2B marketing agency, supporting the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns, events, and client programmes. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1-2 years' experience in marketing, account management, client services, or events who is looking to develop their career in a fast-paced agency environment.

Key Responsibilities

Client Management

  • Act as a day-to-day contact for client communications and campaign coordination.
  • Attend client meetings, provide project updates, gather feedback, and identify new opportunities.
  • Support the preparation of campaign reports, performance updates, and presentations.
  • Build a strong understanding of client businesses, industries, and objectives.

Campaign & Project

  • Delivery Support the planning and execution of B2B marketing and business development campaigns.
  • Coordinate internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.
  • Monitor campaign progress and assist with project management activities.
  • Research industry trends and competitor activity to inform campaign recommendations.

Event Management

  • Coordinate and manage event logistics from planning through to delivery.
  • Source venues, manage suppliers, and support speaker coordination.
  • Brief creative teams on event-related assets and landing pages.
  • Attend events and provide on-site support as required, including occasional international travel.

New Business Support

  • Assist with proposals, presentations, and pitch preparation. Support account growth initiatives through research and administrative coordination.

About You

  • 1–2 years' experience in a marketing, client services, account executive, or events role.
  • Exposure to B2B marketing campaigns and lead generation activities.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable building relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance metrics. Proactive, solutions-focused, and highly organised.
  • Experience using Monday.com or similar project management tools.
  • Experience using CRM platforms.
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
