Key Responsibilities

  • Process improvement: Review existing marketing workflows and identify opportunities to reduce manual work, duplication and inefficiencies.
  • AI implementation: Explore and introduce practical AI tools to improve productivity and streamline everyday marketing activities.
  • Workflow automation: Create and improve repeatable processes for recurring marketing tasks.
  • Website management: Support website content updates, page amendments and routine content management.
  • Spreadsheets and reporting: Improve the way marketing data, spreadsheets, trackers and reports are maintained and shared.
  • Marketing lifecycle: Understand the end-to-end marketing lifecycle, from campaign planning and content creation through to execution, reporting and optimisation.
  • Systems and tools: Review existing platforms and identify opportunities to improve how systems are used and how information flows between them.
  • Process documentation: Develop templates, workflows and standard operating procedures to support consistent ways of working.
  • Team collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to understand challenges and implement solutions that make a tangible difference.
  • Continuous improvement: Evaluate the effectiveness of new processes and identify further opportunities to save time and improve productivity.

About You

  • Experience in marketing operations, marketing coordination, marketing automation or a similar role.
  • A good understanding of the end-to-end marketing lifecycle.
  • A genuine interest in AI and its practical application within a business.
  • Experience using digital tools, AI or automation to improve productivity.
  • Confidence working with spreadsheets, data and reporting processes.
  • Experience updating websites or using content management systems.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • A proactive, analytical and solutions-focused approach.
  • The ability to identify inefficiencies and turn ideas into practical solutions.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with different stakeholders.

The Ideal Candidate

You are someone who naturally asks, “Is there a better way to do this?” You understand marketing well enough to recognise where time is being lost, enjoy exploring new technology and can turn ideas into practical improvements that make a measurable difference.
