You'll be responsible for
- Managing and monitoring shared AP and AR inboxes, prioritising queries and ensuring nothing is missed.
- Processing a high volume of supplier invoices - up to 1,000 per month - including reviewing coding, approvals, POs and supporting documentation.
- Managing supplier and client ledgers and investigating discrepancies.
- Raising sales invoices, issuing credit notes and supporting ongoing credit control.
- Preparing weekly payment runs and ensuring suppliers are paid accurately and on time.
- Completing bank, credit card and Pleo reconciliations.
- Supporting month-end close, including journals, reconciliations and aged debtor/creditor reporting.
- Supporting 13-week cash flow forecasting and providing accurate information to the wider finance team.
- Managing supplier and client statement reconciliations and resolving outstanding items.
- Supporting VAT and multi-currency/FX processes.
- Assisting with audit requests and providing supporting documentation.
- Setting up new suppliers and clients and ensuring finance records are complete and accurate.

- 3-4+ years' finance experience
- Experience with Sage Intacct, Net Suite, SAP, Workday or a similar ERP
- Experience across AP and AR
- Multi-entity, multi-currency experience
- Good understanding of VAT and FX
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- Someone proactive, independent and comfortable working to deadlines
- Media, creative or agency experience would be advantageous
What's on offer?

- Additional annual leave for length of service
- Birthday day off
- Enhanced family leave
- Cycle to work scheme
- Health and wellbeing benefits
- Income protection insurance
