This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative team where you'll have genuine ownership of flagship events from concept through to delivery.

The Role

As Event Manager, you'll lead the end-to-end delivery of a flagship multi-day event alongside a portfolio of community events throughout the year.

Working closely with marketing, operations and commercial teams, you'll ensure every event delivers an exceptional experience for attendees, sponsors and speakers alike.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and delivery of large-scale live events and conferences.
  • Manage venues, suppliers, production, AV, catering, security and logistics.
  • Coordinate floorplans, event layouts and onsite operations.
  • Manage budgets, supplier negotiations and event timelines.
  • Work alongside conference producers to coordinate speakers and partners.
  • Lead build-up, live event delivery and breakdown.
  • Deliver smaller networking and community events throughout the year.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing on branding, signage and event assets.
  • Work with operations on registration, event technology and attendee experience.
  • Ensure health & safety compliance across all events.
  • Use project management tools to keep projects on track and stakeholders informed.

About You

You'll be a confident Event Manager who enjoys taking ownership and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Ideally you'll have

  • 4+ years' experience managing large-scale conferences, exhibitions, festivals or live events.
  • Experience delivering owned events rather than agency or venue-side delivery.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills.

  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • A calm, solutions-focused approach during live events.
