Digital Lemon Talent are supporting an exciting high-growth business in their search for a UI/UX Engineer to join a fast-moving product team. This isn't a traditional design-only role. We're looking for someone who enjoys understanding user behaviour, improving journeys and turning ideas into real-world improvements. This role sits across UX, product thinking and front-end implementation, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both thinking and building.
You'll be involved in reviewing user journeys, identifying friction points, improving onboarding experiences and helping shape conversion-focused improvements across a high-traffic environment.
What we're looking for:
- Experience with UI/UX and front-end development
- Strong understanding of TypeScript / JavaScript
- Exposure to Vue, Nuxt and Tailwind beneficial
- Figma experience
- Product and user-focused mindset
- Comfortable using data to support decisions
