We’re partnering with a leading organisation to recruit a Digital Marketing Manager — a dynamic, creative professional who can deliver measurable growth across digital marketing channels. This is a hands‑on yet strategic role, blending execution with leadership to ensure best‑in‑class website performance, SEO excellence, PPC efficiency, UX quality, and creative output.
You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders and event teams, driving digital transformation, audience targeting, process consistency, and continual testing and improvement. This position also offers the opportunity to mentor junior team members and champion best practice across the digital marketing function.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver results aligned with KPIs: registrations, leads, conversions, traffic, and ROAS.
- Optimise PPC, SEO, websites, social channels, and landing pages.
- Analyse performance using GA4, SEMRush, LinkedIn, Pardot, and ad platforms.
- Provide actionable insights to stakeholders and event marketers.
- Support robust audience targeting strategies.
- Lead execution of SEO/GEO strategy across on‑page, technical, content, and offsite.
- Conduct audits, track rankings, and proactively address performance dips.
- Implement SEO best practice across new and existing pages.
- Optimise landing pages for improved performance and user experience.
- Manage campaign setup, optimisation, testing, and tracking across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta.
- Drive ROAS, conversion quality, and spend efficiency.
- Investigate underperforming campaigns and test new formats (PMax, AI bidding, Demand Gen).
- Stay ahead of industry trends and platform updates.
- Enhance layout, spacing, visuals, and templates for consistency.
- Roll out optimised page types across multiple sites.
- Troubleshoot CMS issues (Elementor, ACF) and collaborate with developers.
- Produce digital ad creatives and promotional video content.
- Repurpose assets into new formats and test creative styles.
- Collaborate with designers to deliver high‑quality, on‑brand assets.
- Partner with leadership on transformation initiatives.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and to plan.
- Identify inefficiencies and embed new tools, processes, and AI solutions.
- Train and mentor junior marketers on campaign setup and optimisation.
- Champion consistency in briefs, QA, timelines, reporting, and workflows.
- Share knowledge to uplift team capability.
- Produce regular reports on campaign performance and user journeys.

- 2–3 years’ experience in SEO, PPC (Google, LinkedIn, Meta Ads), CRO, and website optimisation.
- Strong analytical skills with GA4, SEMRush, and ad platforms.
- Proficiency with WordPress CMS (Elementor, ACF).
- Creative skills in copy, video, and design experimentation.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools.
- Strong communication and mentoring ability.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS or interest in front‑end development.
- Detail‑oriented, proactive, and eager to explore AI tools and new technologies.
