This is a standout opportunity for someone who loves connecting people, shaping conversations, and building engaged professional networks.
The Opportunity
- You’ll take ownership of developing a unified community hub for iGaming professionals — moving existing WhatsApp/Telegram groups into a structured platform (Discord, Heartbeat, or similar) and turning it into the place where operators, suppliers, affiliates, and regulators connect year‑round.
- Alongside digital engagement, you’ll also support small in‑person activations such as run clubs, meetups, and networking sessions, especially around major industry events in New York, Valletta, and other key locations.
- You’ll collaborate closely with Marketing, Events, and Media teams to grow membership, integrate content, and deliver value to members and partners.
Community Platform Management

- Consolidate existing groups into one cohesive hub
- Oversee moderation, onboarding, and daily engagement
Engagement & Programming

Offline Activations
- Support small community meetups, run clubs, and social gatherings (especially in Malta)
- Work with Marketing to grow visibility and membership
- Partner with Events to integrate community into conferences and retreats
- Collaborate with Media to share news, podcasts, and insights
- Gather feedback and implement new features
- Contribute to scalable community playbooks
Requirements
- 2–4+ years in community management (online groups, networks, events)
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
- Experience with Discord, Heartbeat, Telegram, or similar platforms
- Organised, process‑driven, and comfortable with moderation
- Based in Malta (preferred) or Europe with CET‑friendly hours
- Committed to trust, safety, and member experience
Nice to Have
- Experience in B2B or iGaming communities
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot)
- Comfortable hosting live sessions (online or on‑stage)
- Understanding of SEO or digital content distribution
- Experience with sponsored community activations
