This role sits within a busy marketing team, supporting the delivery of campaigns and communications across a variety of projects. Youβll play a key part in engaging audiences, promoting activities, and improving the effectiveness of marketing efforts through data and insight.
Key Responsibilities- Campaigns & Promotions
- Support the planning and delivery of multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Ensure activities are promoted effectively to relevant audiences
- Events Marketing
- Assist in promoting both in-person and virtual events
- Monitor registrations and suggest ways to improve attendance and engagement
- Email Marketing
- Coordinate and draft email communications and newsletters
- Manage distribution lists and scheduling
- Social Media
- Support content planning and posting across social platforms
- Help drive engagement and reach through organic activity
- Website & Content
- Update website pages and upload content such as blogs and event listings
- Help optimise content performance and user journeys
- Data & CRM
- Maintain accurate records within CRM systems
- Support audience segmentation and basic reporting
- General Marketing Support
- Assist with campaign assets and coordinate with design teams
- Support presentations and internal materials
- Provide ad hoc support across the wider team when needed
- Essential: Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines; Confident using Microsoft Office and digital tools
- Desirable: Experience with CRM systems and data management; Familiarity with email marketing and social media platforms; Experience updating website content (CMS); Exposure to marketing or communications roles; Basic reporting and performance analysis skills
