About the Business

An established media business expanding into the Out of Home (OOH) sector with ambitious growth plans and a long-term vision to build a market-leading offering. We are looking for an experienced, commercially driven Head of Sales & Business Development to lead this new division, helping shape the strategy, sales function, operational delivery and overall commercial growth of the business. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment and wants to build something meaningful from the ground up.

The Role

This role will take ownership of the OOH sales function and operational delivery across the division. You will lead and develop an existing sales team of 3, oversee operational processes, and play a key role in establishing scalable systems, commercial partnerships and long-term growth strategy. We are looking for someone who combines strong OOH market expertise with leadership capability, commercial instinct and entrepreneurial energy. Key Responsibilities
