Website Designer & SEO Specialist to take ownership of its digital presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Website Design & Development
  • Design, build and maintain modern, responsive websites.
  • Redesign existing pages to improve usability, branding and performance.
  • Ensure all websites provide an outstanding user experience across desktop and mobile.
  • Maintain consistent branding and visual identity across all digital assets.
  • Implement new website features and functionality where required.
  • Landing Page Creation
  • Design and build high-converting landing pages for marketing campaigns.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to support lead generation initiatives.
  • Optimise landing pages to improve conversion rates and user engagement.
  • Test and refine layouts, calls-to-action and user journeys.
  • SEO & Website Performance
  • Lead all technical SEO activity across the website.

  • Ensure websites are fully optimised for search engines.
  • Monitor keyword rankings, indexing and crawl health.
  • Manage redirects, metadata, schema and on-page SEO implementation.
  • Work alongside content teams to ensure all published content is technically optimised (content creation is not part of this role).
  • Analytics & Reporting
  • Monitor website traffic and user behaviour using Google Analytics, Google Search Console and other reporting tools.
  • Produce regular reports highlighting website performance and opportunities for improvement.
  • Make data-led recommendations to increase traffic, engagement and conversions.
  • Continuous Improvement
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, SEO best practices and emerging technologies.
  • Recommend improvements that enhance user experience and commercial performance.

  • Previous experience in website design and development.
  • Strong graphic design and UI/UX skills.
