About the Role
We are seeking a Junior Sales Apprentice to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone at an early stage of their career who is interested in developing practical business and sales skills while working towards a recognised qualification. You will work closely with the sales team, gaining hands‑on experience in customer communication, sales support, and internal processes. Full training, ongoing support, and mentorship will be provided to support your development and career progression.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the sales team with day‑to‑day activities
- Learning how to communicate with customers and understand their requirements
- Assisting with lead generation and customer follow‑ups
- Helping to build and maintain positive customer relationships
- Developing knowledge of products and services
- Supporting the preparation of quotes and sales proposals
- Maintaining accurate records on internal systems
