As a Senior Product Designer in the User-Centric stream, the role involves designing complete user journeys supporting women’s health from the first period to menopause, crafting holistic experiences, and shaping the future of femtech. Current projects include the perimenopause experience, GenAI-powered insights and chats, weight management, and the Well-being Score.
Your Experience
- 6+ years of experience in designing digital products for web and mobile platforms.
- A portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking, strong UX/UI design, problem-solving process, and measurable user and business impact.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional peers and stakeholders.
- Passion for designing complex user journeys with attention to detail and ability to communicate design decisions well.
- Deep understanding of the end-to-end design process from ideation to launch, including working with engineers to troubleshoot and ensure high-quality implementation.
- Strong competence in Figma and common design tools, with experience creating interactive prototypes (Protopie, Figma, After Effects preferred).
- Expertise in Accessibility (A11Y), ensuring consistency, scalability, and inclusivity.
Nice to have:
- Experience in health tech.
- Know-how in using AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) to create innovative ideas from scratch.
Responsibilities
- Design intuitive, user-centered experiences to empower users' body and health understanding.
- Collaborate with UX Researchers and Data Analysts to gather insights and validate design decisions.
- Support Product Managers and Design Leads in shaping initiatives and defining roadmaps.
- Partner with Content Designers to co-design content-driven experiences.
- Run discovery activities and ideation sessions like design sprints and workshops.
- Develop end-to-end user journeys, from prototypes to high-fidelity mockups.
- Advocate for accessibility (A11Y) to ensure inclusive and scalable designs across user groups.
