We’re hiring on behalf of a fast-growing HR tech company revolutionizing employer branding. They’re looking for a Senior Digital Interaction Designer to craft engaging web interactions, animations, and motion prototypes that enhance user experiences.
The Role:
- Design & Prototype dynamic interactions, animations, and micro-interactions using tools like Framer, Protopie, or Lottie.
- Collaborate with UX designers, developers, and marketers to deliver seamless digital experiences.
- Create sophisticated web interactions, animations, scroll effects, and micro-interactions that elevate user experience.
- Ensure Accessibility & Performance by following UX best practices and WCAG 2.2 standards.
- Present & Advocate design solutions to stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For:
3+ years’ experience in digital or interaction design.
Expertise in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
You need to be versatile in your design approach, capable of adapting to various styles and meeting the unique needs of different clients.
Experience working with large enterprise organisations as the end client is essential.
Design and develop dynamic motion prototypes that bring digital experiences to life.
Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for collaboration with developers.
